1. Shipping Policies

Orders typically ship within 4-5 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-7 business days of placing your order, please contact us here.

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

2. Return Policies

Nayf and Wavey aims to ensure their customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit or refund will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Please note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. 
• Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
